  • What can I expect on pickup day?

    You don’t have to do anything on pickup day. Just leave your bins where you normally store them — wherever is most convenient for you — and we’ll take care of the rest. We collect, return, and neatly place your bins back where they belong.

  • Are glass Recyclables included?

    Yes — glass recyclables are included. Glass takes thousands of years to break down in a landfill, but it can be recycled endlessly, saving energy and reducing waste.

  • How often will I be billed for Waste and Recycling service, and what payment methods are accepted??

    We bill quarterly for convenience and transparency. Payments can be made by cash or check with no fees, or by credit/debit card (+3% processing) or bank transfer (+1% processing). Autopay is also available for a fully hands-off experience.

  • Can my Waste and Recycling be picked up on a custom schedule?

    Yes. Most homes are serviced weekly, but we’re happy to discuss customized pickup schedules based on your needs — just contact us to set up the best plan for your property.

  • How do you ensure recyclables get recycled?

    We sort and haul all recyclables to Pittsburgh’s most advanced materials-recovery facility, TC Recycling. At TC, they’re sorted, cleaned, baled and then shipped to manufacturers to be made into new products — ensuring your recyclables truly get recycled.

  • Is there any food waste pickup services available?

    Not at this time, but we’re actively exploring composting and food waste pickup options. If this is a service you’re interested in, please leave your name, number, and a note in the form below — customer demand will help us prioritize it.

  • Do you offer paperless billing?

    Yes — all billing is paperless by default. You’ll receive invoices and receipts by email for a clean, simple, and eco-friendly process.
